This role is responsible for partnering with high profiled stakeholders and providing them with exceptional finance business partnering experience. We are looking for a highly motivated, customer service oriented individual with experience in a fast paced financial environment.

What You'll be Doing
The primary purpose for this role is to partner with and influence various teams and stakeholders across SWSLHD to assist in identifying opportunities to deliver financial efficiency and cost savings, budgeting process, and training in data systems use for analysis and reporting to meet the organisational objectives and strategic priorities.

  1. Tertiary qualifications in accounting, business, commerce or other relevant discipline and membership of an appropriate accounting organisation or equivalent relevant experience in a large, complex organisation.
  2. Demonstrated ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet deadlines, both autonomously and within a team in an environment with minimal supervision.

  3. Excellent organisational, analytical and conceptual skills with demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver change.

  4. Demonstrated high level analytical skills using financial, statistical, human resources and management data systems to pro-actively improve business performance.

  5. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
