Facilities Support Coordinator
The Facilities Support Coordinator plays an important role in the Site Operations and Corporate Services Team at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) and is responsible for identifying and managing operational and maintenance requirements, both preventative and reactive across the hospital campus and Community Health Facilities. This role has oversight of asset management, project delivery and is critical with respect to ensuring safety and compliance are maintained in a complex healthcare environment.

Royal North Shore Hospital with some requirements to travel to Community Health Centres.
What you'll be doing
The Facilities Support Coordinator will maintain operational oversite to the health managed building infrastructure, services, and assets. This includes the identification of issues and coordinating resolutions, communicating with staff and users as required and minimising disruption to the delivery of essential healthcare services and business. The role will support the development and implementation of clinical and non-clinical asset management processes including maintaining the facility Non-capital Assets Register (NCAR) and supporting repairs and maintenance for relevant assets. This role is also responsible for small to medium sized project coordination and delivery to support ongoing improvement and compliance activities across the RNSH campus.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in organising, planning and scheduling programmed maintenance for equipment, facilities or equivalent.
- A highly organised person with strong negotiation, consultation, and interpersonal skills with experience in dealing with a range of stakeholders including contractors.
Relevant experience in an asset management role with ability to investigate, scope and prepare forecast costs for the refurbishment and replacement of assets or infrastructure.
