We are looking for someone who can:
- Work collaboratively with managers, clinicians and key stakeholders across NSW Hospitals, LHD's and ACI Clinical Networks to develop and implement evidence-based models of care and related projects that improve the quality of health care service delivery.
- Undertake all aspects of project management including development, implementation and evaluation.
- Participate in the review of health service delivery reform initiatives, working with NSW hospitals and LHDs to formulate specific strategies to achieve a reduction in inappropriate clinical variation to improve the quality of health care service delivery.

What you will be doing
The role of the Executive Support Officer is to provide high level assistance and support to the Chief Executive of the Agency for Clinical Innovation and Deputy Secretary of Clinical Innovation and Research (dual role), and the ACI Executive team.
The Executive Support Officer will provide a comprehensive secretariat function for key meetings and committees involving the ACI Executive team. The position manages approvals for the Executive team in a timely and effective manner, and leads a team of administration officers to support the organisation's daily operations.

Remuneration: $109,857.00 - $129,624.00 per annum excluding Superannuation
Hours Per Week: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

- Can you describe a time where you had multiple tasks with competing deadlines. What approach did you take to manage the tasks, while ensuring attention to details?
- Can you provide an example of when you successfully built and maintained strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally? What steps did you take to ensure effective communication and collaboration?
- Can you share your experience in preparing agenda and papers, minute taking and records management for Executive and/or Senior Leadership meetings? How do you ensure accuracy and timely organisation in your documentation?
- This role involves the management of administration functions across the organisation, including leading an Administration Officers team to manage Executive diaries, databases, purchase orders and office supplies. Can you describe a time when you managed an administration function, and what steps you took to ensure this function met the needs of senior stakeholders.
