This well-established unit is rapidly expanding, offering exposure to complex, cutting-edge drug and cell therapy trials within a highly supportive and multidisciplinary team.

What you'll be doing
In this pivotal role, you will manage and coordinate all ethics and regulatory requirements to ensure the successful delivery of clinical trials and research projects.
Prepare and submit HREC, REGO, and regulatory documentation
Ensure timely reporting of SAEs and SUSARs to ethics bodies
Liaise with regulatory authorities to support smooth trial operations
Oversee study start-up activities, contracts, and compliance processes
Support team training and contribute to SOP development

Proven experience and/or knowledge of Regulatory submissions.
Working knowledge and/or experience of the REGIS system.
Experience in all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Familiarity with CTRA and Medicines Australia clinical trial agreements.
High levels of organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands/workloads.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Proven attention to detail.
