About the role:
Every day brings new opportunities to connect with people, support their independence, and help them live well at home. In TACP, you’ll visit clients in their homes, assessing personal care needs, lending a hand with light household tasks, supporting social engagement, and helping clients attend appointments. You’ll also have the chance to work with our Community Nursing team, broadening your experience and learning new skills in a collaborative environment.

What we’re looking for:
- Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA
- NSW driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client homes
- Ability to recognise changes in a client’s condition and act appropriately in emergencies
- Passion for caring for older people; experience or interest in wound management is a bonus
- An empathetic, patient, and collaborative approach
