About the Role

Step into an exciting opportunity at Maitland Hospital, a modern, purpose-built facility opened in 2022. Our 4D Medical Unit is a dynamic and collaborative environment, dedicated to providing high-quality care to patients with a variety of medical conditions.

As an Enrolled Nurse (EN), you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care by:

  • Collaborating closely with Registered Nurses to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Taking initiative within your scope of practice, including monitoring vital signs and supporting patients in daily activities
  • Maintaining effective and timely communication to support optimal patient outcomes

You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that values compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement — where every member is supported to grow both personally and professionally.

About You

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
  • Motivated and enthusiastic, with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a supportive team environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
  • Previous hospital experience is an advantage
