Employment with Mid North Coast LHD requires candidates to hold a valid authority to work in Australia (Aust Work Rights Visa). 

What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.   

About You
You present yourself as a clinician who brings current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a solid foundation in contemporary nursing practice. You demonstrate sound knowledge and practical skill across relevant clinical areas, applying effective problem‑solving to optimise patient outcomes. Your communication is consistently clear and professional, using information technology, written documentation and interpersonal engagement to support safe, coordinated care. You work confidently within a multidisciplinary team, planning and delivering patient‑centred care that is structured around measurable outcomes. You also show reliability and flexibility through your capacity to participate fully in a seven‑day rotating roster, including night duty, weekends, public holidays and on‑call requirements.
