We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our small and supportive Community Nursing Team at Inverell Community Health

This rewarding role provides care across the local community, including Delungra, Ashford and Tingha.

 

 

Everything You Need to Know 

As an Enrolled Nurse in Community Health, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their homes and community settings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Wound assessment and management
  • Medication administration
  • Catheter care and catheter changes
  • Basic foot care services
  • Supporting clients to maintain independence and wellbeing
  • Advocating for patients’ individual needs
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
     

We are looking for an EN who is:

  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Able to work independently while contributing positively to a small team
  • A strong patient advocate with a compassionate approach to care
  • Knowledgeable or willing to develop an understanding of My Aged Care
  • Committed to providing safe, respectful and high-quality community nursing services
  • Qualifications in Wound Care and Footcare (or willingness to work towards) will be highly valued
  • A valid NSW unrestricted Drivers License (essential) 
     

You will be supported in this role by:

  • A welcoming and experienced Community Nursing Team
  • Ongoing guidance and leadership from the Nurse Unit Manager
