About the Role
You will be based at Concord Repatriation General Hospital, which has provided outstanding healthcare for more than 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the veteran community, the hospital now delivers a broad range of specialist and general health services to the communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and surrounding areas.
This position involves working with frail aged care and younger disabled people in the Day Hospital and the Outpatients Clinic in the Aged Care and Rehabilitation Department. The position is part of a multi disciplinary team and requires working in close liaison with the Nurse Unit Manager and Office Manager.

Ideal Candidate
- Must have a current NSW Driver's licence, Class LR or equivalent.
- Experience working with frail elderly and / or disabled clients.
- Understanding of the needs of people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
