What you'll be doing
The Domestic and Family Violence Clinical Lead reports to the District Manager Prevention and Response to Violence, Abuse and Neglect (PARVAN) and is responsible for the leadership, guidance and line management of:
  • Child Protection
  • Joint Child Protection Response Program
  • Generalist VAN workers  
Providing clinical leadership and guidance in the planning, procedure development, activity reporting and clinical service delivery of child protection counselling and domestic violence services in an integrated prevention and response to violence, abuse and neglect framework that is in line with state-wide policy.
 
The role will have a focus on a District-wide intake and assessment service, quality processes and the oversight of clinical operations and supervision for the service. This role will work closely with the iPARVAN District Projects and Quality Lead to ensure the development, implementation and review of clinical governance systems for child protection and domestic and family violence services. Working in collaboration the clinical leads across the PARVAN Service and the District Manager PARVAN to provide an integrated care model.
