The role
The District Clinical Performance Lead fills an important role within the CGU for improving systems and processes that will enhance SESLHD and facility/service Clinical Governance framework. The role provides leadership, direction, management, and guidance across SELSHD for evaluation of systems performance by promoting use and integration of data driven analysis, patient safety enhancement and quality improvement.
