- Tertiary qualifications in Health Information Management or equivalent experience in a Health discipline, Information Management/informatics, or Information Communications & Technology.
- Demonstrated highly developed analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail, including the ability to assess and critically evaluate the validity of information, problem identification, analysis and resolution
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in major hospital information systems (such as Cerner eMR); understanding of the use of patient information, and the interactions between critical applications at a local and state level; understanding work practices and functions they support; experience and understanding of testing including PAS integration testing
- Demonstrated experience in liaising effectively and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, to facilitate cooperation and support in achieving outcomes, and maintaining strong effective work relationships. Demonstrated highly developed customer engagement and support experience for delivery of excellent services
