What you'll be doing
In this role, you will provide responsive, high-quality desktop and end-user support across multiple sites, ensuring systems and devices operate effectively to support healthcare delivery.
Deliver on-site and remote support for desktops, mobiles, printers and systems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and service requests
Manage ITSM queues and maintain high-quality ticket documentation
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently
Support projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated superior analytical and technical problem solving and Incident management skills
Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or Desktop support experience in a complex environment
Proven ability to perform well under pressure, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
In depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (XP - 10), Active Directory, System Centre Configuration Manager, Application packaging and SCCM Application Deployment, and Exchange\Outlook
Up to date working knowledge of a wide range of computer technologies including desktop hardware and peripherals, Citrix XenApp, SOE management (including Image deployment).
