Remuneration: Total package of at least $187,928-$196,816 pro rata (comprising $146,507-$154,373 pa + $20,000 annual rural incentive + annual leave loading + 12% super contributions). Additional Management Allowance Level 1 of $8,193.

About the Roles

As a Dentist, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical care within scope of practice
  • Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services
  • Utilise contemporary clinical tools and technology
  • Communicate effectively with patients and carers to ensure informed consent and excellent care
  • Maintain and grow your clinical knowledge to reflect current best practice

As the Clinic Manager, you will also:

  • Lead and guide day-to-day clinic operations
  • Support clinical governance and quality improvement
  • Mentor and develop emerging clinicians
  • Contribute to shaping local oral health initiatives and service delivery
