The role
BIA team are responsible for delivering clinical and corporate analytics program. Delivering high quality and safe service, the team has committed to establish integrated, secure, high performance analytics platform that delivers a single source of truth and enables clinicians and executives to use data and analytics tool to make more informed clinical and operational decisions.
The Data Warehouse & BI Developer position is responsible for ongoing improvement and maintenance of SESLHD local data warehouse-ETL framework and development of business logic (analytical models) that would be specific for each clinical service.
The position will sit in BIA – Data warehouse management team, working closely with programmers, analysts and subject matter experts from clinical and corporate domains, to ensure data models support BI Applications (Dashboards) and District corporate and clinical reporting needs from an integrated and optimised analytics platform.
This role combines data engineering and ETL technical expertise along with project management skills to adapt working in an agile environment to deliver the district’s strategic analytics vision.
Working arrangement within BIA team is quite flexible, working from home plan can be established with BIA management, based upon the nature of current projects demand.
