What you'll be doing
In this role, you will manage and enhance the integrity of critical breast cancer data, supporting both clinical operations and research initiatives through accurate reporting and analysis.
Maintain, audit and ensure integrity of EMR and research databases
Extract, analyse and report data using SQL and Excel tools
Produce high-quality, customised reports for clinical and research teams
Monitor data quality and conduct regular audits in line with protocols
Provide insights on trends and support data-driven decision-making

Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Tertiary qualifications in clinical data management, health information management or a relevant discipline with demonstrated high level skill and experience with SQL Server, Microsoft applications in particular Excel and Access.
Selection Criteria:
Qualification: Tertiary qualifications in clinical data management, health information management, another relevant discipline or relevant experience.
Demonstrated high level skill and experience with SQL Server, Microsoft applications in particular Excel and Access.
Demonstrated experience in all phases of data management from collations analysis and evaluation including provision of detailed reports
Familiarity with breast cancer related medical terminology would be added value for the position
Demonstrated strong organisational skills, ability to manage competing priorities and be flexible to change and a proven ability to work both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team
High level computer literacy including expert skills associated with maintaining a large clinical database
Extensive knowledge of, and experience in database management.
Highly developed communication, coaching and facilitation skills.
