What you'll be doing
The position is responsible to provide customer service and to allocate rooms for parents/carers and staff members, allocate Long Stay Units for patients and parents.
Responsible for PBRC for billing requirements, IPTAAS Forms for bulk billing.
Liaising with Social Work Department, clerical ward staff and external hospitals, external government departments.

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work in a very busy and multi skilled environment.
- Experience with computer programs including Word, Excel, Management System Programs, Oracle, PBRC and Data Entry.
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised.
- Previous experience working a Health environment.
