Classification: Administration Officer Level 3 (Year 1 to Year 2)
Employment type: Full Time Exempt (contract up to August 2026)
Hours per week: 38
Remuneration: $71,072.43 per annum to $73,287.41 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Location: Campbelltown and Camden (Ideally would be onsite fulltime - there is some flexibility with the start times and limited WFH

About the opportunity
HealthShare NSW is looking for an Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to our Food and Patient Services team at Campbelltown and Camden Hospital.
This position will require you to:
- Act as first point of contact and respond to enquiries escalating issues as required to ensure the provision of accurate information in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide a range of administrative and office support services, including routine correspondence and reports, meeting and event coordination to support the effective operation of the directorate. Utilise spreadsheets and Oracle software for receipting of goods.
- Collect and compile information for and prepare documentation in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision making
- Perform other duties as reasonably requested by your supervisor
