Employment with Mid North Coast LHD requires candidates to hold a valid authority to work in Australia (Australian Work Rights Visa).
Mid North Coast Local Health District (MNCLHD) is seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Information Officer to lead best-practice corporate information management and records governance across the District.
In this rewarding role, you'll work with stakeholders across MNCLHD, including Executive teams, operational services and State Records NSW, ensuring corporate records are managed, archived and disposed of in line with legislative requirements and organisational standards.
What you'll be doing:
Managing MNCLHD's corporate records archiving and destruction program
Administering records management systems and ensuring compliance
Coordinating document control and retention of significant corporate records
Delivering training and support to staff on records management practices
Collaborating with State Records NSW and key stakeholders across the District
Contributing to information management policies and continuous improvement initiatives
We're looking for someone with:
✔ Qualifications or equivalent experience in corporate information or records management
✔ Experience administering electronic records management systems
✔ Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
✔ Knowledge of records management legislation and compliance requirements
✔ The ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
