About the Opportunity
As a Corporate Committees and Operations Coordinator within our Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will be responsible for leading the portfolio program support function across a range of projects including planning and coordination, scheduling and tracking progress documentation, and reporting as well as working with Executives in NSW Health to support key Committees. 

In this role, you will:

  • Leading project support, reporting, scheduling and budget oversight across programs.
  • Managing a project support team to deliver on time, on budget and to quality standards.
  • Engaging stakeholders and committees to support clear decisions and resolve issues.
  • Driving risk management and alignment with PCMO project and change frameworks.


This role is internally referred to as “Senior Program Coordinator – Single Digital Patient Record” 

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Demonstratable staff management experience
  • Experience managing and coordinating committees
  • Experience managing corporate functions and governance processes
  • Proven experience managing project portfolios in fast-paced environments, delivering results with a strong customer focus.
