Are you an Allied Health Clinician - Social Worker, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist - with Mental Health experience and a desire to help consumers in the Community? Join our casual pool and work as much or as little as you like!
You will have the opportunity to pick up available Monday - Friday shifts across our various teams providing you the flexibility of work/life balance or to supplement your main income. There may be opportunity to block book substantial periods of work to backfill period of staff's leave.
The CMH Clinician will provide comprehensive strengths based and recover focused assessments with consumers and the formulation of time limited packages of care signed off by consumers and their care givers. These packages will detail the clinical mental health services and other wraparound supports to be provided.

Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the below questions as thoroughly as possible
- Social Worker or Occupational Therapist qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award, current full registration with AHPRA and/or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer. Registered Nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Psychologist with a four year degree in psychology and registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA).
- Demonstrated experience in the mental health assessment, treatment and management of persons with a mental illness in a community setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to a consumer focussed recovery-oriented approach and consumer collaboration in care planning
- Demonstrated sound written and oral communications skills.
- Demonstrated experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrated skills in time management
- Computer literacy skills
- Current NSW Driver’s License
