Clinical Trials Manager
- Consistently demonstrates behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of our organisation; Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment. Demonstrates these behaviours with all stakeholders; colleagues, direct reports, as well as our patients and consumers, and those that care for them.
- Experience in the management of a large complex Clinical Trials Unit involving trials ranging from phase 1-phase 4 and multidisciplinary collaborations between numerous specialities with demonstrated capacity to manage difficult and complex staffing issues in a sensitive manner.
Sound understanding of legislation, codes and guidelines relevant to clinical and research ethics, and in particular the National Statement of the National Health and Medical Research Council, the Privacy Act, the Human tissue Act and the therapeutic Goods Act as it relates to use of medications in clinical trials and how these may need to be adapted to comply with NSHLHD policies and procedure.
