What you'll be doing
As part of the Westmead Clinical Haematology Clinical Trials Unit you will support groundbreaking research in a dynamic healthcare setting. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Providing essential administrative support for clinical trials
- Maintaining study documentation and regulatory compliance
- Collaborating closely with trial sponsors and team members
- Facilitating onsite monitoring and trial deliverables
- Contributing to advancing clinical drug trials and research

Essential Criteria:
- Qualification: Certificate IV in Pathology or Diploma in Laboratory Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institution with subjects relevant to pathology or medical laboratory operations.
Selection Criteria:
- Proven proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as database software.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines within a busy working environment and flexibility required with start and finish times.
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and deliver outcomes as required, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Demonstrated excellent ability to problem solve, organise and prioritise workload.
