As a Clinical Psychologist with Newcastle Community Mental Health Service, you will deliver high-quality psychological assessment and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, working in partnership with consumers, families and carers to support meaningful progress and optimal mental health outcomes.

You will work with people experiencing a diverse range of mental health presentations, from acute to enduring and mild to severe, providing individualised, person-centred care that responds to their unique needs and recovery goals.

Essential Requirements:

• Current registration as a Psychologist with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Completion of an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council accredited postgraduate clinical psychology qualification of no less than two years full time duration or recognised equivalent, displayed on the Psychology Board of Australia website.
