About the Role
This is a permanent full-time position based at the Intermediate Stay Mental Health Unit (ISMHU) in Newcastle East, part of the Inpatient Psychology Department across Calvary Mater (Waratah) and ISMHU. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychological services within an adult inpatient mental health rehabilitation setting, supporting consumers in their recovery and transition back to the community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide psychological assessments, interventions, and therapies
Deliver individual and group-based programs
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Contribute psychological expertise to support best patient outcomes
Deliver intensive, evidence-based interventions where appropriate
