About the Opportunity
Fairfield Hospital is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our collaborative healthcare team. This position is a 20-week temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
In this vital role, you will work alongside physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to support safe and effective medication use, contributing directly to improved patient outcomes.

What You'll be Doing
Provision of a wide range of Pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients of the hospital, including dispensing, distribution and manufacturing services as well as clinical services. Promotion of both safety and quality as key aspects of drug therapy. Participation in quality improvement and professional development, as well contribution to education and supervision of other staff and students.
