About the Role
You will be working at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH). It is one of the nation’s most respected hospitals, with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national and international communities. We are a growing clinical research team with a rapidly expanding portfolio of clinical trials, including an increasing number of early‑phase studies. This growth reflects strong sponsor engagement and a diverse pipeline of innovative research projects and trials that require skilled and proactive coordination.
We are seeking a part time (24 hour per week) Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to study start‑up activities, participant visits, monitoring requirements and ongoing sponsor communication, helping to ensure high‑quality trial delivery across a broad and evolving research portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team, develop experience across a range of study phases, and contribute to meaningful research that advances patient care.

Ideal Candidate
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.
- Ability to prioritise and problem solve to manage the complex clinical care needs of patients through the development and use of clinical management plans.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
