About the role
The Clinical Nurse Facilitator role will be responsible for the facilitation of optimal learning opportunities, including skill development and clinical knowledge of nursing students undertaking clinical placement. This role is part of the Centre for Rural Education Simulation & Training (CREST) team in Western NSW Local Health District.

The position works with a small but exceptional team completing eight hour shifts 8:00AM – 4:30PM Monday to Friday. While allowing the successful candidate to work independently, creatively, developing our future workforce and teaching.

The Clinical Nurse Facilitator role is supported with clinical supervision, training and development.
