Clinical Nurse Educator - Community Health
Remuneration: $56.98 - $58.83 Per Hour + Salary Packaging + Super
Employment Type: Permanent Part Time
Position Classification: Clinical Nurse Educator
Hours Per Week: 8
Requisition ID: REQ608280
Applications Close: Sunday 30th November 2025
Why this role rocks
If you love helping other nurses grow and you get a buzz from seeing people level up in their practice, this gig is so your vibe. As our Clinical Nurse Educator, you’ll design and deliver education that makes sense in the real world. You’ll work closely with Nurse Management, Nurse Educators and CNCs to keep our team on top of clinical best practice and support community nurses out in the field. You’ll need to be an RN with solid experience under your belt and ready to dive into postgrad study in nurse education. If developing others is your jam, you’ll thrive here.
Where you’ll be based
You’ll be part of Armidale Community Health, a warm and welcoming service that supports people right across the lifespan. Think mental health, chronic disease care, child and family health, rehab, Aboriginal health, allied health and more. If it helps the community, we’re probably doing it. Armidale itself is honestly a vibe. It’s a regional city with stunning national parks, a strong arts scene, heritage buildings, plenty of good food and a chill, community-focused lifestyle. With the University of New England in town, it’s lively without being chaotic. Plus, you’re only a quick QantasLink flight from Sydney or a scenic train ride if you’re into that relaxed travel energy.
What you’ll be part of
You’ll join a team that covers everything from audiometry to wound care. We support families, seniors, young people, people managing chronic conditions, and folks needing culturally safe care. Our clinicians are passionate, community-minded and all about accessible healthcare that feels personal and human. Your role strengthens that by making sure our nurses have the skills, confidence, and support to give their best every single day.
