Do you love teaching, love nursing and want a role where you can truly make an impact? This one’s for you
Where you’ll be working
You’ll be based at Guyra, a welcoming multipurpose service that plays a huge role in caring for the local community. From emergency care and residential aged care to community health support, this service does it all. It’s a close knit team where everyone knows your name, looks out for one another and genuinely cares about delivering great, person centred care.
Guyra itself is a hidden gem on the Northern Tablelands. Think crisp mornings, beautiful scenery and a strong sense of community. Life here is calm, friendly and well connected, with all the essentials close by and plenty of space to breathe.
About the role
If education is your passion, this is a seriously rewarding opportunity. You’ll join a small team of nurses who are committed to keeping best practice front and centre. No two days look the same. One day you might be supporting learning on the floor, the next helping embed new practices or sharing knowledge with the team. It’s a role with real variety, influence and the chance to shape how care is delivered every day.
About you
You’re enthusiastic, approachable and love a good conversation. Communication is your strength and you enjoy helping others grow in confidence and skill. You don’t need to know everything on day one. What matters most is your energy, curiosity and willingness to learn and share.
How you’ll be supported
You’ll be set up for success with extensive orientation and education tailored to you. Ongoing learning opportunities are built into the role, so you’ll keep developing alongside a supportive team that wants to see you thrive.
