Join our Cancer Services team as a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC), where you'll provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals dealing with complex cancer care needs. In this role, you’ll lead evidence-based clinical practices, facilitate quality improvement initiatives, and engage in professional education and research. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll coordinate care plans for specific tumour groups, ensuring continuity of care from diagnosis to discharge and beyond.
