Lead change and improve patient care across John Hunter Hospital
Hunter New England Health is seeking a passionate Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2 – Comprehensive Care to provide expert leadership across one of NSW’s largest tertiary referral hospitals.
This is an opportunity to lead initiatives that strengthen comprehensive, person-centred care and improve patient outcomes. Working with Nursing and Midwifery leaders, clinicians and hospital executives, you’ll influence clinical practice, strengthen clinical governance and drive meaningful organisation-wide improvements.
About you
You’re an influential and forward-thinking clinical leader who is passionate about improving patient outcomes, strengthening practice and building the capability of teams.
You will bring:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Extensive clinical and leadership experience, with relevant postgraduate qualifications.
Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement, research and evidence-based practice.
Proven ability to lead change and collaborate effectively.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel.
