Remuneration: $126,720 per annum - $129,314 per annum + super and benefits
Location: Gladesville with relocation to NSW Ambulance State Operations Centre, Sydney Olympic Park

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Clinical Nurse Consultant End of Life and Palliative Care (CNC EOLPC) is an expert, advanced practice nurse who will provide leadership, education, advice, and recommendations on all aspects of the EOLPC in the Virtual Clinical Care Centre (VCCC) for NSW Ambulance. The CNC EOLPC will work closely with other clinical and operational leaders in the VCCC, and with the EOLPC team within Clinical Programs, to design and implement a virtual EOLPC model for NSW Ambulance.

Please note: This is a temporary full-time position for a period of up to twelve (12) months with possible extension.
ABOUT YOU
- Extensive experience and knowledge in palliative and end-of-life care.
- Experience mentoring and educating nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to develop clinical guidelines and protocols in addition to a virtual model of care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Experience in auditing, quality improvement initiatives, and service development.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Postgraduate qualifications in palliative care or related fields is highly desirable.
