The Role
Are you passionate about clinical systems and improving healthcare delivery through smart IT solutions? Join the Clinical Applications team at JHFMHN as a Clinical Applications Specialist (Support Officer) and play a vital role in supporting key clinical applications such as iPM PAS, Orion JHeHS, CHIME, CDN PACS/RIS, and more.

In this role, you’ll provide frontline application support, maintain user access, manage technical documentation, and contribute to application configuration and integration. You'll work closely with clinical teams to embed IT systems into operational workflows, support data integrity, and drive continuous improvement.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in administering clinical systems (e.g. iPM, Orion, Cerner eMR/PAS)

  • Qualifications or experience in Health, IT, or Business

  • Strong communication, technical problem-solving, and multitasking skills

  • Familiarity with ITIL and ISO 27001 standards

  • A current NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel
