Remuneration: $57.62 - $67.98 per hour

What you'll be doing
In this leadership role, you will oversee the operational delivery and continuous improvement of Chronic & Complex Allied Health services, ensuring high-quality, efficient and patient-focused care.
· Lead day-to-day operations of multidisciplinary Allied Health teams
· Drive service planning, development, and performance against KPIs
· Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance of clinical staff
· Oversee implementation of clinical policies, programs, and service improvements
· Monitor service delivery, resources, and outcomes to ensure quality and efficiency

Selection Criteria:
1. Relevant clinical qualifications in an allied health related field and extensive clinical experience and/or experience in the management and planning of allied health services
2. Substantial, recent experience in the working in management of multidisciplinary clinical teams and effective staff management and clinical leadership skills
3. High level communication and analytical skills including proven experience in the management of clinical activity and performance monitoring.
4. Proven knowledge and experience of primary care and community health clinical service delivery and clinical practice models and proven skills to efficiently plan and manage clinical services
5. Understanding of Integrated & Community Health, in particular Chronic & Complex related health policies and strategic frameworks
6. Proven organisational and planning ability
7. Knowledge and experience of quality processes and a commitment to the implementation of best practice and clinical service innovation
8. Currently hold a drivers license valid in Australia, and willing to use for work purposes
