Responsible for delivering high-quality podiatry services at WSLHD, and contributing to the planning, evaluation, and reporting of podiatry care.

Remuneration: $70,944 - $101,211 per annum

Location: Auburn Community Health Centre (Monday & Friday) & Blacktown Community Health Centre (Tuesday - Thursday, or as required across Western Sydney Local Health District).

- Responsible for the provision of the high quality podiatry services to patients of WSLHD.
- Responsible for contributing to the planning, implementation, evaluation improvement & reporting of the podiatry service within the Chronic and Complex team.

- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Podiatry
- Registration: Current full registration with AHPRA as a Podiatrist.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated skills in Podiatry assessment, planning and evaluating interventions for clients with chronic and complex health conditions.
- Demonstrated understanding of the health and associated care needs of persons with complex, chronic and/or aged conditions residing in the community.
- Able to utilise relevant evidence based, best practice guidelines to guide decision making for best client outcomes.
- High-level written and oral communication skills, computer competence and ability to use electronic medical records, word processing and databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary team.
- Hold a current driver's license valid in Australia and willingness to use for work purpose
