About the Opportunity:
Are you passionate about supporting families during the crucial early years of a child’s life? We’re seeking dedicated Child and Family Health Nurses to join our warm, collaborative team in the beautiful Moree region.

In this rewarding role, you’ll partner with new mothers and families with children aged 0–5 years, nurturing healthy growth and development through early intervention, education, and culturally responsive care.

You’ll be part of a supportive Maternal and Child Health team and work within a vibrant multidisciplinary network that includes Allied Health professionals, midwives, Aboriginal Health Workers, and other experienced clinicians—united in making a lasting, positive difference in the lives of children and families.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting families through home visits, clinic appointments, and community outreach
  • Monitoring and assessing child growth and development
  • Providing parenting support, health promotion, and early intervention
  • Working collaboratively in culturally diverse and inclusive settings

Requirements:

  • Current Registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife with AHPRA.
  • Child and Family Health Qualifications.
  • Eligible to drive in NSW with a current drivers licence and willingness to travel for work purposes.
