 About the Role   
   
The Change Manager for the RPA Redevelopment is responsible for the management and coordination of the planning and delivery of the Capital Works transformation and change agenda, ensuring the change outputs and activities are maintained to a high standard and contribute to the achievement of the project vision, objectives and benefits.

Ideal Candidate
  • Degree in relevant health or related field and/or equivalent, relevant experience, with demonstrated performance in the healthcare industry. Clinical experience advantageous however not essential for candidates with previous success within healthcare settings. If a Registered Nurse, a current unencumbered Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is required.
  • Previous training or experience in delivering clinical redesign or process reengineering using a recognised methodology (i.e. AIM, Lean, Six Sigma, PROCI, etc.).
  • Project management experience including a proven ability to deliver project outcomes on time and budget.
