About the Opportunity

In this part-time Recruitment Officer role, you will coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, compliant and timely experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. Your work will directly support workforce capability and help our services meet the needs of the community.

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate day-to-day recruitment activities from advertising through to appointment
  • Provide high-level administrative and customer service support to managers, staff and candidates
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with NSW Health legislation, policies and procedures
  • Interpret guidelines and apply sound judgement to support recruitment decisions
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and assist with training other officers when required
