About the Opportunity

As a Dietitian within the Eating Disorders Outpatient Service, you will play a vital role in supporting consumers with complex care needs. You will provide specialist, evidence-based dietetic care within a mental health context, empowering consumers and their families on their recovery journey and promoting long-term wellbeing.

This role goes beyond clinical care. You will contribute to service development, research, and quality improvement initiatives, including leading at least one major project each year. You will also provide supervision and leadership to junior dietitians, helping to build capability across the district.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, eligible for full membership with Dietitians Australia.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mental health nutrition and dietetics.
  • Strong commitment to professional standards, ethics, and evidence-based care.
  • NSW Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel between sites.
