The Administration Officer Level 3 role is a permanent part-time role, working across Monday to Friday (days negotiable) between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm. This position supports the Gastroenterologists at Wyong Hospital and suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills.
In this position, you’ll provide high level administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth office operations and effective service delivery. The role requires initiative, good judgment, and a commitment to quality improvement while delivering excellent customer service to patients, staff, and stakeholders. Experience with patient billing and balancing competing priorities to meet deadlines is essential.

About You
- You have proven customer service experience within a Health setting and thrive working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
- You confidently apply problem-solving skills by following established procedures, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and email, with strong written and verbal communication skills to support clear and effective interactions.
