Cardiac Sonographer
 Bathurst Health Service

About the role

In this role you'll provide cardiac sonographic services in a range of clinical settings, including emergency care, coronary care, stroke, medical and surgical and be responsible for preparing patients in a comfortable, safe, atmosphere for diagnostic tests and procedures.

You'll perform echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms and preparation of provisional reports to be uploaded to the hospital cardiovascular information system, recording the outcome of cardiology examinations and coordinating with the attending physician.

You'll also assist with transesophageal echocardiograms.

This role is based in Orange Health Service, but is managed by Bathurst Health Service.
