Where you'll be working
Royal North Shore Hospital, Acute Services Building, Level 4, Cardiology
What you'll be doing
Provide clinical cardiology diagnostic and database service on an in-patient and out-patient basis. Performing haemodynamic recording and monitoring. Performing physiological measurements and analysis.
Providing cardiac technical troubleshooting on equipment as required.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Hold a bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) and holds a Post Graduate Degree in Sonography or qualifications or competencies deemed equivalent by the employer and performs Cardiac Sonography or Electrophysiological Studies (EPS).
- Are you independent in identifying and interpreting 12-Lead ECGs (normal and abnormal) and analysing rhythm?
- Do you have relevant experience in Cardiac Catheterisation &/or Cardiac Devices?
- Do you have a formal qualification in Echocardiography &/or Electrophysiological Study?
