The Haematology Department at Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH), Sydney, are seeking a temporary part time senior haematology nurse for the position of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Autologous Transplant Coordinator, Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team to triage, coordinate, educate and treat MS patients eligible for autologous transplantation. The successful candidate will also be required to have advanced knowledge and competency in apheresis procedures, communication and leadership and practice change methodologies.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification or such other qualifications or relevant equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional development.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and initiating activities to improve clinical service delivery and patient clinical outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
