What you'll be doing
This role provides essential administrative, customer service and health promotion support to ensure the effective delivery of the BreastScreen NSW program. You will:
Deliver high-quality, respectful customer service as a key contact point for clients and stakeholders
Actively promote breast screening participation through community engagement and follow-up activities
Assist with marketing and recruitment initiatives, including communications, events and mobile van coordination
Maintain accurate records, databases, schedules and reports to support service delivery
Manage competing priorities with accuracy, initiative and attention to detail while building strong working relationships
This role is primarily based at Westmead Hospital, with occasional travel to community events, including some weekend attendance as required.

Selection Criteria:
Qualifications in marketing, communication, health promotions, public relations, customer service or other similar field
Demonstrated relevant experience in marketing, communication, health promotions, public relations, customer service or other similar field
Demonstrated outstanding customer service and administrative skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders from a variety of discipline and cultural backgrounds

Demonstrated excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
