What you'll be doing
Provide individualised, high-quality care to patients/clients within a health service environment, working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse/Midwife to support safe, person-centred outcomes.
Deliver direct care within scope of practice and delegation
Support patients with daily care, mobility and communication needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation to guide ongoing care
Assist with clinical procedures, equipment cleaning and preparation
Contribute to safety, quality improvement and WHS practices

Applicant must hold Certificate III Acute Care (HLT33115) or enrolled in Bachelor of Nursing degree second year
Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
Demonstrated ability to use information technology systems.
Proven ability to be self-motivated, flexible and adaptive as clinical needs arise, and still remain within the scope of practice of an AIN
Demonstrated ability to manage conflict situations in a calm and professional manner
Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills, , including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
