The Role and Requirements 

We are seeking a positive, motivated and clinically capable Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our team.

You will:

  • Work both independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Deliver safe, compassionate and high-quality care
  • Advocate for residents and patients to achieve excellence in care – Every Patient, Every Carer, Every Time
  • Bring a willingness to learn and a strong safety focus
  • Experience in aged care is highly regarded, but a genuine commitment to caring and teamwork is essential.
     


To be eligible, applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

  • Hold a Certificate III in Assisting in Nursing – Acute Care 
  • Be a Registered Nursing student (completed 1st year and first semester/trimester of 2nd year)
  • Be an Enrolled Nursing student (completed foundational TAFE NSW Diploma units and 80 hours clinical placement)
