Selection Criteria:

  1. Membership of the Australian Institute of Hospital Engineering or other relevant qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer
  2. Demonstrated experience in the delivery of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance services including building services to a complex facility or site.
  3. Experience in the management of building installations and refurbishment projects.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in application of the BCA, Australian Standards and codes of practise.
  5. Demonstrated experience supervising teams, delegating tasks and monitoring work performance of staff to achieve work objectives.
  6. Highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
  7. Advanced computer skills including the use of MS suite of software and computer database systems.
