The Role
Provide a high quality customer focused building service to the Randwick Campus Hospitals and offsite facilities to support the safe, efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.

Selection Criteria:
- Membership of the Australian Institute of Hospital Engineering or other relevant qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance services including building services to a complex facility or site.
- Experience in the management of building installations and refurbishment projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in application of the BCA, Australian Standards and codes of practise.
- Demonstrated experience supervising teams, delegating tasks and monitoring work performance of staff to achieve work objectives.
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Advanced computer skills including the use of MS suite of software and computer database systems.
