About this role
Play a key role in shaping health outcomes across NSW by ensuring Ministers’ and executives receive timely, high quality advice. In this dynamic role, you will manage critical information flows, improve processes and support decisions that matter. Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $113,574 - $125,720 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

Full Time Temporary roles up to 12 months with possibility of extension.

What you'll be doing
In this role, you will collaborate with teams across NSW Health to keep critical information moving and ensure high quality outcomes. Your day will include:

  • Allocating and assessing requests so the right people have what they need, when they need it.
  • Providing expert advice and system know how to help teams meet tight deadlines.
  • Monitoring progress and managing risks to keep everything on track.
  • Maintaining accurate records and refining templates to support consistency and compliance.
  • Driving improvements and sharing knowledge that make processes smarter and more efficient.


About you
You will bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to manage priorities with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail, strategic thinking and commitment to improving processes.
  • Experience supporting a busy executive team or branch.
  • Understanding of government processes and customer service principles.
