This position provides assistance and support to the Palliative Care Allied Health Department in the Shoalhaven in the delivery of services to patients / clients, under the supervision of an Allied Health Professional. The role involves assisting Allied Health Professionals in the treatment of patients, equipment cleaning / room tidying and departmental administrative responsibilities. 

The Allied Health Assistant may be expected to work across sites and participate in weekend work. Salary Level is dependent on qualifications: 
•       Level 1 – No Qualifications; 
•       Level 2 – Completion of 12 or more months' service as an Allied Health Assistant Level 1 or Certificate III or other qualification deemed equivalent; 
•       Level 3 – Certificate IV qualification or other qualification deemed equivalent

This is a temporary leave relief position until 7 February 2027with the possibility of extension.
